Alvin and the Chipmunks (2009) is the continuation to the Alvin and the chipmunks (2007). After Dave Sevelle injured during Alvin, Simon and Theodore's concert, Dave decided to sent the boys to school. He put Sinon in charge tells them to be good.

The Karate Kid (2010)

He meets Mr. Han (played by Jackie Chan) – a mentor who teaches him the real Kung Fu.

This movie is really great. As you can see, Jackie chan plays another challenging role in this movie.
